Who We Are and What We Do
Terracspark is a locally registered business operating from Landmark Plaza on Kismayu Road, Garissa. We provide three categories of work: professional technical services including assessments, installations, and maintenance; structured appointment bookings for consultations and site visits; and a curated range of products selected for performance under Garissa County's specific conditions. Our clients include private households managing energy and connectivity needs, small and medium enterprises requiring technical support for their operations, and institutional clients — including NGOs and county government departments — who need a supplier that can document its work to audit standards. We serve Garissa Town, Dadaab, Fafi, Ijara, and surrounding localities, with travel charges applied transparently for sites beyond 30 km of our office.
How We Work and What We Will Not Promise
Our team of six full-time staff operates with a single process rule: every engagement — whether a service job, an appointment, or a product order — is documented in writing before it begins and summarised in writing when it ends. By 2024, we had completed over 340 documented service engagements across the county, and our appointment no-show rate is under 4%. The teal-modern aesthetic of our workspace is not merely decorative — it signals the clarity and order we apply to every client file. We do not subcontract jobs without the client's prior knowledge. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party infrastructure, weather events, or the state of equipment we did not install. If a job scope is beyond our current capability, we say so at the assessment stage rather than discovering it mid-execution. We believe that a client who understands the limits of a service is better served than one who receives an unqualified promise.
