How do I request a service assessment?

Are there services you do not provide?
Yes. We do not carry out civil construction, electrical rewiring of complete buildings, or services requiring certifications we do not hold. If your request falls outside our scope, we will tell you directly and, where possible, refer you to a suitable specialist.
What happens if a problem recurs after the job is completed?
We offer a 30-day callback guarantee on all installations and maintenance work. If the same fault recurs within that period due to our workmanship, we return at no additional charge to investigate and resolve it.
Do you work outside Garissa Town?
Yes, we cover Dadaab, Fafi, Ijara, and other areas within Garissa County. A travel charge applies for sites more than 30 km from our Kismayu Road office, and this is stated clearly in the scope of work before you commit.
