Ordering and Delivery Within Garissa County
Products can be collected from our Kismayu Road premises during opening hours, or ordered for delivery within Garissa County. Delivery timelines depend on stock availability: items in stock are dispatched within one business day; items requiring supplier order typically arrive within five to seven business days, and we notify you of the timeline at the time of order. Payment terms are confirmed at the point of sale. We do not currently offer delivery outside Garissa County, and we do not accept returns on items that have been opened and used unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
