Terracspark's appointment system is built around Garissa's working patterns, with slots available six days a week and same-week bookings accepted.
How the Appointment Process Works
Booking an appointment with Terracspark takes under three minutes. Contact us by phone or email with your preferred date, a brief description of what you need, and your location within Garissa County. We respond within four business hours to confirm or propose an alternative slot. On the day of the appointment, our team member arrives within the confirmed window — typically a two-hour range — and contacts you 30 minutes before arrival if travel conditions allow. After the appointment, we send a brief written summary of what was discussed or completed. This record is useful if you need to revisit the conversation or share it with a colleague or supervisor. We ask that clients flag any access restrictions, security requirements, or special equipment needs at the time of booking so that we arrive prepared.

Site Visits
Our technician visits your premises in Garissa Town or the wider county to assess conditions first-hand. Site visit findings feed directly into service scopes or product recommendations.
Product Demonstrations
See a product in operation before committing to purchase. We bring demonstration units to your location or host you at our Kismayu Road premises for a 30-minute hands-on session.
Service Check-Ins
Existing clients can book a check-in visit to review ongoing maintenance contracts, inspect previously installed equipment, or discuss upcoming needs — included at no extra charge for contract holders.

Same-week appointments are available Monday through Friday. Saturday slots are limited to morning hours and fill by Thursday.
